I’m a 22-year-old full time student, living in Las Vegas. I’m a freelance Visual Designer (fancy for a graphic designer that gets crafty). I strongly believe in retail therapy and am aware that I have a sickening addiction to shoes. I dream of living in the South, but for now big city lights will be just fine. There’s a whole lot more to me then just a couple short sentences. Read my full about me to get the whole lowdown on my life, or at least the nutshell version. click here

A lot of us have trouble getting enough water a day, some people say the “8 glasses a day” rule is a lie, some peoplesay you should drink half your weight in ounces, some even say 1 gallon(3.7l)! Regardless, I try to get 8 glasses (four 16oz bottles) of water daily. Even if you don’t have to it’s usually my goal & a lot of times I barely reach that goal. Well heres a very small, very obvious tip that I’ve been trying to use this week that although obvious it may have slipped some peoples (like me) minds!
Tip: Drink 1 bottle of water (water bottle, reusable bottle) with each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) & then one while working out.

I try to drink a gallon of water. I have a big pink gallon water bottle that I bring to work with me daily (well mon-fri). Thing is, on the weekends I kind of slack on the water drinking and im always dying of thirst. So thank you for the tip, that will have to be a new goal I set for myslef, at least for the weekends.
I cannot stress how much drinking water makes a difference. Instead of making it a hassle, make it a part of your lifestyle. Trust me, you will notice the difference.
personal tip: When I know of an upcoming pool party, or beach party i completely give up salty foods and drink as much water as possible. You will be peeing a whole lot, but it really cuts down the bloat.
